Our story

Frustrated by chatbots that couldn’t sell and videos that couldn’t listen, a team of e-commerce founders, conversational-AI engineers and digital artists joined forces. Their question was simple: What if any company- no matter its size-could deploy a “digital colleague” as persuasive and knowledgeable as its best employee? The first answer is Zena, an AI-powered sales & service avatar for online stores. She will lift the average order value and deflect support tickets for merchants on Shopify, Wix, Magento and more. But Zena is only chapter one. Soulera is evolving into a full-stack avatar studio: businesses will soon craft avatars for healthcare, finance, travel, education- each infused with domain expertise and localized culture at the click of a button.
